What This Warranty Covers?

JYM Pillow provides lifetime warranty cover defected memory foam inserts and fabric cloth cover for all its memory foam pillow, memory foam cushion and memory foam lumbar supports. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to us for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired, exchange or refunded. Damages due to improper use or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate. This policy is applicable to wholesales customer only. OEM customers can submitted warranty request as well.

How Long This Limited Warranty Lasts

This Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical life of the product. JYM Pillow provides at least usually 1 year for the cover, and 3 years for the memory foam insert. Proof of purchase may be required.

What the Warrant Works to You?

JYM will invest the warranted case. If the Warranty Department determines, the product has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, we will repair, exchange or issue and purchase credit for your next purchase.
